~The Princess and the Troll~
Once upon a timethere was a beautiful princess
she was ever elegant in her mystery
but darkness fell upon her at the age of 16
when she met the troll who would come to control her mind....
he had the powers of darkness which blinded this
princess from seeing how sad she really was
he controlled her mind....
he controlled her emotion....
and he disguised himself as a handsome prince, only to
reveal his ugliness once he had her alone again
one day.....the princess slept....
and had a dream....
all was light
all was beautiful...
and she awoke knowing that all was not right
she tried to run...
but her feet were tied to the ground....
under the blanket of false truths
she screamed in fears abandonment
and no one could hear her....
not even those who loved her......
for they too had been put under this spell of lies
and had forgotten she was ever missing
but something the troll did not count on...
was the wit and wisdom this princess had...
given as agift from the only truth that ever need be
she broke a window of darkness
and ran away from the troll.....
he came after her.....
spewing all that he could throw....
using the disguises of princehood again....
but she was not fooled...
and never would be again
for she caught his scent
musty and old....
like dead fish
as she ran...she saw a light ahead...
bright and brilliant...
it beckoned her to come in...
to seek warmth
and she did....
there, lay the most beautiful blanket of green
she knelt and wept....
and nuzzled into the grassy knoll before her...
there she slept...so sound...
knowing....that the beauty of this place
meant that she was not insane....she was not alone...
she need not fear...for the embrace of friendship was upon her....
a beauty that she had so long missed out on..................................
every once in awhile, she could hear the ranting of the troll she left behind.......
but she knew the beauty she had to offer herself now
was worth too much to ever look back again.
...and the moral of the story is.....
if ever approached by a troll.....
sucker punch him in the NADS and run away!!!
